The Hydro-therapy Center will be operated on a self-financing basis with both the construction cost and recurrent cost to be borne by CYMCA.<\/p><p>The site is adjoining the coastal protection zone of Sai Kung area with valuable trees in a rural context. Great emphasis is put on its design to reduce its visual and environmental impact to the surroundings and neighbourhood. The project is target for BEAM Plus New Building &#8211; Gold rating and the Complex is planned to be in operation from Q4
